I went for the first time today for a cleaning. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. From the first time I walked in the door with the receptionist to the hygienist and the Dentist. I’m glad I chose this group.

Went in yesterday for my regular teeth cleaning. I was greeted with a smile upon signing in and only waited about 10 min before going back for my cleaning. Jackie does an excellent job every time and I always appreciate getting the final ok from Dr. Hammond before leaving. I have been a Metro Dental Group customer for 25+ years and plan to stay. :0)

While on a road trip, I lost a crown. After reaching out to two other dentists and being offered a visit: 1) over a week away and 2) over a month away, I contacted Metro Dental Group, and was seen the same morning. The office was welcoming and clean. I was seen promptly, and on my way soon thereafter. I very much appreciate the flexibility and willingness of this practice to provide care for me, despite not being a regular patient! Thanks to Metro Dental Group, I was able to be on my way and continue my travels. Thank you, Metro Dental Group, Dr. Hammond, and staff!

Greatest dental office ever. I came to Dr. Hammond with a long history dentist anxiety. He immediately put me at ease 37 years ago. I drive 6 hours to continue my dental care with him and his amazing team.

Tara and Dr Lafoon are the best and the whole staff do an amazing job. Polite and friendly. They answer all my questions and they take time out to share their concern and they are knowledgeable. Thank you!! I actually don't fear or hate going to the dentist any longer.

They were very kind from meeting me at the registration desk to scheduling my follow up appointment. I did not wait but a couple minutes, I was called back and greeted immediately by a very kind and knowledgeable person. They reviewed my photos I had brought with me, got the dentist involved and she discussed my treatment options. Ms. Laffoon was a pleasure to work with, she explained every step before she performed it. She prepped my tooth for a crown, not one bit of discomfort. They place a temp crown and I will return in 2.5 weeks for the permanent one.

I’m always scared to go to the dentist, till i found Metro Dental Group. Excellent Service, very nice and approachable people. Always gave beyond my expectations. Shout out to Dr. Lafoon and Team❤️

Always an excellent experience with Dr. Hammond & team.They are extremely professional, always on time, pick up phone quickly, easy check in / out, and excellent communication with clients & staff. Amazing team! I recently had to go in to get scans again because I lost my night guard. They got me in quickly and the visit for scans was quick & efficient! The parking is so easy which is a plus in downtown Louisville. Not to mention Dr, Hammond is so down to earth, passionate, and an amazing human & Dentist! He is the dentist for my whole extended family!! We all love him!

I have grown up with a tremendous fear of the dentist with lots of “dental trauma” as a child. It is a joy to have Dr. Hammond & Dr. Laffoon to care for me. They are both kind & compassionate in their care. All of the dental hygienists are also very patient & gentle in their work.

I have an older review on this group that still stands true. I used to dread dental visits and surgery due to past trauma. I have Torahs that make working on me more of a pain to me and the dentist! Also a jawbone issue and a nerve iissue that activates a feeling of electrical shock shooting through my tongue. They still WELCOME me without a Here Comes Trouble" sign. I now see Dr. Brooks Laffoon. She is skilled, kind, and considerate. I saw Tarah, hope that is correct. She provided comfortable and informative dental hygiene. She is skilled. The dental assistant was on top of her work. They do their best to maximize patient's comfort levels. They even have their own DEDICATED parking and an elevator on each side. Oh, the office staff are also primo!
